To make good horror at all is one feat, to do it with Lego stop motion is another. Had a rather uncanny vibe throughout and didn't rely on cheap, in your face jump-scares to upset the viewer. I can't begin to imagine how long this would have taken, so you get my 5 stars.

I want to go next! Superbly made, was engaging from start to finish. Could really feel the magic through it all.
Amazing animation too, the switching of animation styles was very pleasing to look at and the high energy environment really added to how awesome it is.

It's a film that does a wonderful job at portraying a message that's commonly preached, but seldom followed. This little society of cute animals crumbles when the thing they relied on is depleted, despite being warning numerous times.
I see this as a reflection, in a way, on how we lose resources at a rapid rate, but little is often done to preserve these while we still have them. We may not be at the point of apocalypse yet, but if we are ever there in my lifetime, I'll think back on this film and the screams of these critters as the comforts around them crumble.
10/10 film, deserves all the awards.

Ripping into a fat blunt and rewatching

The animation was stellar, the world was flawlessly built, the creatures even better. The whole film had a thick veil of fear and the unknown that could not be pierced, it pieced everything together amazingly.

Not all films have a happy ending, this is an amazing portrayal of such.
